Carlos Soto is the President and founder of Wiring Solutions Inc. in Stone Mountain,
Georgia. With over thirty years of experience, his hard work, dedication, and
leadership have transformed his career from humble beginnings at Home Depot to
leading a successful electrical contracting company for over twenty years.
After graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, he excelled in
the electrical service industry, working as an apprentice and gaining valuable
knowledge with various electrical companies. A pivotal moment in his career
occurred when his last employer closed down and filed for bankruptcy. This event
motivated him to leverage his experience, industry knowledge, leadership skills,
and professional contacts to establish his own company, leading to the inception of
Wiring Solutions Inc. The company has become a trusted name in the Metro Atlanta
area for over two decades.
Carlos has received recognition for his achievements, including being named one of the Top 40 Under 40 in 2015 by the Independent Electrical Contractors Atlanta (IEC). He served on the IEC Board of Directors until 2018 and continues to serve on other committees. Additionally, he is actively involved in the Hispanic community as a member of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association, where Wiring Solutions was awarded Member of the Year in 2022.
Carlos attributes the company’s success to the dedication, knowledge, and
